Natasha Baldauf
Attorney
Natasha primarily practices in the area of personal injury. She is passionate about fighting for her clients and has helped countless members of our community with their cases.
She is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and received her B.A. in psychology summa cum laude from Hawaii Pacific University. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hawai‘i William S. Richardson School of Law with a certificate in Native Hawaiian law. While at UH, she served as leadership for the ‘Ahahui o Hawaii Native Hawaiian Law Student Organization, contributed to various projects of the Ka Huli Ao Center for Excellence in Native Hawaiian Law and was a member of the University of Hawai‘i Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Natasha spent time working as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Ginoza, who is currently Associate Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. She also has 10 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney focusing on complex real estate and commercial litigation where she advised clients and litigated matters in federal and state court, before administrative agencies and in alternative dispute resolution forums on a range of matters concerning hotel, resort and commercial development and business matters, historic preservation, Native Hawaiian rights, and environmental law.
Natasha also cares deeply about the preservation and protection of the natural and cultural resources of her home state and has written extensively on the topic of legal protections for iwi kÅ«puna (Native Hawaiian burials) and has spoken on the subject at seminars for members of the Hawai‘i State Bar, the state of Hawai’i’s boards and commissions, the National Park Service and in our communities.
She was born and raised in Kailua, O‘ahu but currently calls west O‘ahu home.
