Kurt Kagawa

Kurt Kagawa is an attorney at the law firm of Alapa & Otake LLLC in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Mr. Kagawa has been practicing since 2009, and he has substantial experience in the areas of civil litigation and corporate and commercial litigation.  He primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation and has successfully represented clients in contested cases in Hawaii’s circuit courts, arbitrations and mediations.  He also serves on the mentor panel and as an arbitrator for Hawaii’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program.  Mr. Kagawa received his B.A. degree from Whitworth University and his J.D. degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.  He is a member of the Hawai’i State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all the Hawai’i courts and the United Stated District Court for the District of Hawai’i.
