After practicing together at large law firms in Honolulu for nearly ten years, Andrew Winer and William Meheula formed Winer & Meheula in 1994. By 2000, Vladimir Devens became a partner and the firm became Winer Meheula & Devens LLP.  Mr. Winer, Mr. Meheula, and Mr. Devens believed that they could bring together a small core of talented attorneys who could successfully compete with any law firm in Hawaii while emphasizing high quality service and creative fee arrangements.
